CCTV Engineer

Overview

Maintain CCTV and technical services on campus during your shift, managing the engineering team and supporting the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager on technical issues with clients and occupants.

What you'll do

• Ensure all technical services are maintained and operational during your shift.
• Take charge of the entire technical assets in the building.
• Manage the engineering team.
• Support the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager in coordinating technical issues with the client and occupants.
• Maintain the CCTV system on the campus.
• Periodically check all CCTV cameras.
• Repair faulty cameras.
• Raise requisitions for materials required for CCTV repair.
• Carry out any other work assigned by seniors.

What you'll need

• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or any equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the real estate, hotel or construction industry.
• Analytical and meticulous approach with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and logical troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate with various teams and assign and monitor maintenance projects.
• Good knowledge of working procedures.

Nice to have

• Residential site experience.

Details

• Location: On-site, Noida, UP.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reports to the Building / Estate Manager and works with the operations team.
