Diploma Engineer Trainee

Overview

A one-year Diploma Engineer Trainee role in Johnson Controls' Service & Operations team, combining detailed technical and functional orientation with on-the-job involvement.

What you'll do

• Plan day-to-day service operations as per PO/WO from customers.
• Attend and review Preventive Maintenance jobs, coordinate with the Call Centre and close service calls.
• Generate LNM and retrofit business in line with LNM plans.
• Ensure safety norms at sites, including vendors, and manage vendors on site activities.
• Prepare reports and diagnose Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repeated complaints.
• Update customers on new technology and acquire new skills to execute service jobs.
• Maintain database and understand customer requirements.
• Ensure collection of payment as per terms and conditions of the order.
• Coordinate with Operations and Services Sales on customer enquiries.
• Handle order processing and delivery, and safety and quality aspects of project planning and execution; offer viable solutions and alternatives.
• Manage after-sales service and customer care operations; increase the Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Implement customer-focused service plans; acquire new clients and businesses.
• Execute project installation at site; manage multiple cross-functional projects and deliveries.

What you'll need

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Technical Skills, or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning.
• Aggregate 60%.
• No ATKT (no backlogs).
