Asst Data Programmer

Overview

Assistant Data Programmer role on Labcorp's Data Program team at Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Adhere strictly to all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions, and complete all mandatory training on time.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain proficiency in Informatica-related tools, including Panther and other relevant applications.
• Execute assigned tasks within the designated turnaround time and ensure high-quality output through thorough quality checks.
• Work with multiple interruptions (multi-tasking) and handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions.
• Investigate programming or process-related issues as needed, identify root causes, provide resolutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle task-execution administrative activities efficiently.
• Continuously monitor, track, and manage assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
• Establish strong communication and rapport with stakeholders and provide prompt responses to stakeholder and management queries.
• Generate and submit required metrics and reports upon management request.
• Support the training and onboarding of new programmers and mentor fellow team members.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Point of Contact (POC) for specific activities, as expected.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology.
• Current or prior Labcorp Apprentice experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible and able to work under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Biotechnology.
• More than 6 months of relevant experience in Panther.

Details

• Location: Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.
• Rotational shifts: 5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST, or 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST.
• 5-day working model.
