Overview
The Change Management Specialist develops and executes enterprise change strategies to ensure strategic initiatives are adopted across the organization.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Assess organizational readiness by identifying adoption risks, stakeholder impacts, capability gaps, and resistance.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and executive sponsorship to build alignment and accountability.
- Develop and deliver executive communications, leadership messaging, toolkits, and communication plans.
- Define and monitor change KPIs and adoption metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Partner with HRBP, communications, learning & development, technology, and executive leadership to align change with delivery timelines.
- Build scalable change management frameworks, governance, templates, and best practices.
What you'll need
- 7–10 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, strategy, program management, organizational development, human capital consulting, or business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational psychology, human resources, communications, management, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives including readiness, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, adoption, learning, and capability building.
- Strong expertise in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent methodologies.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Director, VP, and Executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using KPIs and metrics to measure adoption and organizational health.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude is highly desirable.
