Chief Financial Officer

Overview

Lead financial strategy, performance management and capital allocation across the group and its businesses.

What you'll do

• Own group P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.
• Build financial models for businesses, products, market expansion and investments.
• Review revenue, costs, margins, unit economics and cash requirements.
• Drive capital allocation based on performance and expected returns.
• Oversee treasury, tax, audit, controls and financial reporting.
• Lead financing, investments, acquisitions and other transactions.
• Build finance systems and teams for additional businesses and markets.

What you'll need

• Senior finance experience in technology, fintech, internet or another high-growth business.
• Strong experience in corporate finance, FP&A and business finance.
• Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow, unit economics and capital allocation.
• Ability to build and challenge financial models personally.
• Experience across multiple businesses, entities or countries.
• Hands-on operating style with direct involvement in models, forecasts and financial problems.
