Chief of Staff

Overview

Partner with the Head of Talent to build and scale ElevenLabs' global Talent organization, spanning GTM, G&A and technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Talent Programs.

What you'll do

• Turn Talent strategy into execution: identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes.
• Embed in teams or initiatives that need additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity, diagnosing what is holding progress back and taking responsibility for improving it.
• Lead high visibility projects sponsored by the Head of Talent and senior leaders, such as new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns, from idea to outcome.
• Improve how the Talent organization works together by resolving cross-team issues, improving decision-making, and turning successful approaches into repeatable ways of working, including better use of tools and AI.

What you'll need

• Deep talent expertise, with experience helping a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale, including hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones.
• Comfort both shaping strategy and delivering the work yourself, including advising an executive on a difficult tradeoff, building a plan from an ambiguous brief, and going deep into a search, process, or team.
• Experience leading teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results, and the ability to earn trust quickly and lead through influence or direct ownership.
• Experience delivering high visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders, challenging ideas constructively, testing them pragmatically, and communicating clearly about progress, results, and decisions needed.
