CIB Portfolio Associate

Overview

Wells Fargo seeks a CIB Portfolio Associate to support monitoring and credit-quality activities for an assigned loan portfolio within CIB Portfolio Management.

What you'll do

• Participate in monitoring, documenting, underwriting, and reacting to credit quality for an assigned loan portfolio.
• Contribute to planning for functional area deliverables.
• Review less complex issues, policies, and procedures for low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverables.
• Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment to develop understanding of functions and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of CIB Portfolio Management.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of CIB Portfolio Management experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
• Strong familiarity with documents related to credit facilities.
• Understanding of different elements of a Loan Agreement.
• Awareness and understanding of the financial regulatory environment Wells Fargo operates in.
• Proficient MS Office knowledge, including MS Outlook and Excel with complex functions and macros.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
