Associate - Core Operations

Overview

Associate – Core Operations supports daily operational execution within the India Operations CoE, handling workflows, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement while building SME ownership in assigned domains.

What you'll do

• Support daily operational execution across assigned workflows, including data checks, reconciliations, and exception management.
• Assist with trade lifecycle support and operational coordination to meet daily and periodic deliverables.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations, investigate breaks, and document findings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate operational data and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain recurring operational reporting and trackers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support audit readiness through documentation, evidence capture, and adherence to supervisory checks.
• Identify manual process steps and propose streamlined approaches; adopt workflow tools and AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience (or strong entry-level profile with operations aptitude).
• Strong Excel skills with comfort working with structured data and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• High ownership and execution discipline.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel tasks and tight deadlines.
