Business Architect supporting customer engagement for Allstate’s claims organization by designing and improving digital capabilities and business architecture solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze business processes, goals, and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and reuse.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Engage stakeholders to collect insights and feedback.
• Align business strategies with AI solutions and platform capabilities.
• Evaluate solutions and recommend enhancements.

What you'll need

• 5 or more years of experience.
• Four-year bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Business architecture experience.
• Artificial intelligence and agentic AI knowledge.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Storytelling skills.

Details

• Remote position.
• Travel of up to 10% required.
• Not available to residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Washington.
• No supervisory duties.
