PS Advisory Services Consultant (Non-Technical)

Overview

Support client implementations for Fiserv's ACH Outsourcing utility by gathering requirements, coordinating conversion activities, delivering training, and preparing clients for operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Analyze ACH conversion requirements and document them for client review and sign-off.
• Consult with clients to define procedures and resolve implementation questions.
• Interpret client systems, workflows, and conversion data for validation and planning.
• Train clients on system functionality, online terminal use, and balancing procedures.
• Support UAT, application questions, and production support during implementation.
• Communicate implementation progress, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders.
• Present product demonstrations and identify process improvements as needed.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience supporting financial services implementations, conversion projects, or software integration projects.
• 6+ years of experience with ACH operations, processing workflows, and Nacha Operating Rules.
• 6+ years of experience using PEP+ or a comparable ACH processing platform.
• 6+ years of experience documenting requirements, supporting UAT, and transitioning requirements to support teams.
• 6+ years of experience applying SDLC delivery methods in client implementation environments.
• 6+ years of experience working with third-party systems in financial services implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience presenting product demonstrations to financial institution clients.
• Experience identifying process improvements for implementation or client support workflows.
• Experience supporting outsourced payments operations.

• Remote role.
• Occasional travel of up to 10%.
• Salary: $78,000–$115,000 per year.
