Client Delivery Manager- Cloud and Infrastructure

Overview

Independently leads mid-size to large client delivery accounts, ensuring successful implementation, governance and budget control for cloud and infrastructure services.

What you'll do

• Follow defined processes to ensure successful implementation, engaging internal resources for a smooth, cost-effective, high-quality client experience.
• Take ownership of client issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Escalate delivery or other issues effectively when appropriate.
• Establish clear governance and communication channels with the client and Unisys delivery organizations to ensure alignment on implementation processes and goals.
• Manage contract scope, conducting periodic (monthly) operational reviews with service delivery organizations and the client.
• Participate in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits.
• In partnership with the Client Executive, communicate industry and company insights and opportunities to clients, and look for ways to enhance the company's position and upsell aligned products and services.
• Monitor client and account financial health and recommend steps to remedy financial misses or anomalies.
• Develop and administer budgets and schedules, and support the Service Delivery organization to optimize the cost of delivery and service.

What you'll need

• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
