Client Operations Support - Professional I

Overview

Support accurate and timely maintenance of client and merchant accounts, including processing updates and resolving issues to support billing readiness and service deadlines.

What you'll do

• Review and process account maintenance requests.
• Complete pricing, entitlement, demographic, and other account updates.
• Assess requests and determine the appropriate action.
• Investigate issues and clarify request details.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve account update issues.
• Complete changes within required service timeframes.
• Contribute to accurate, timely processing against critical deadlines.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, banking operations, client support, or financial services.
• Experience processing account updates in a high-volume operational environment.
• Knowledge of account maintenance activities and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience using multiple systems, operational tools, and servicing platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting payment operations, card services, merchant services, or banking operations platforms.
• Experience with billing-cycle or month-end operational deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting high-volume request queues.
