Team Developer

Overview

Team Developer role in the Payment Investigation team, handling payment-related client and external bank enquiries and driving timely resolutions.

What you'll do

• Investigate enquiries and identify root causes.
• Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages.
• Pass payment adjustment entries on client, internal, and nostro accounts.
• Follow up with external banks for details, confirmation, and recall of funds.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams for day-to-day activities.
• Follow defined procedures, highlight anomalies, and stay current with recent process changes.
• Apply knowledge of payment concepts such as MT 103/202/202Cov and other admin messages.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience with data processing, reporting, or analytics roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent typing speed.
• Basic payments knowledge and logical understanding of payments flow.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Graduation or post-graduation (except BE/ BTECH).

Details

• Job location: Hyderabad.
• Work timings: 5:30pm to 2:30am.
• Associate reports to an FLM and works as an IC Associate.
