Overview

As a Software Developer on the Platform team, you will build and own backend API features, async worker infrastructure, and third-party integrations that support enterprise tenants.

What you'll do

• Build and own backend API features for the platform.
• Build and own async worker infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain third-party integrations.
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle automation across the platform.
• Work independently on well-scoped problems.

What you'll need

• 4 years of experience shipping real features in production.
• Understanding of why tests matter.
• Ability to design a data model before writing code.
• Strong Python focus.
• Ability to raise quality concerns early.
• Ability to ask for help before decisions become expensive to reverse.
