What you'll do

• Review and analyze client research requests to identify relevant subject matter experts.
• Recruit new advisors using phone, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Screen experts for suitability for specific client projects.
• Create professional profiles for client consideration.
• Build and maintain relationships with Guidepoint employees and advisors.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
• Interest in a sourcing/lead generation type role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and organize work effectively.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Details

• 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift.
• Initially remote; may transition to hybrid with office days in Mumbai/Gurugram.
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India and Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
