Clinical Research Associate

Overview

Clinical Research Associate responsible for site management, site monitoring, and close-out of assigned clinical trial investigator sites to ensure patient safety and quality execution.

What you'll do

• Manage investigator site monitoring and oversight for assigned sites.
• Oversee clinical trial implementation from site initiation through database lock.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigator sites during study conduct.
• Resolve protocol-related issues and support site quality and compliance with GCP.
• Conduct onsite and remote/electronic monitoring as needed and address emerging issues.
• Monitor AEs/SAEs and coordinate follow-up with the Drug Safety Unit as needed.
• Submit required documentation and support investigator site close-out activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a professional degree in life sciences (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, medical background) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, ICH/GCP, FDA and local country regulations.
• Some relevant experience in clinical research site monitoring and management.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Significant travel (60–80%) within the area; may require some international and weekend travel.
