Closing Disclosure Analyst

Overview

Review closed mortgage loan files to validate final fees and disbursements, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrected Closing Disclosures within regulatory timelines as part of the Post-Closing Consummation Disclosure (PCCD) team.

What you'll do

• Review closed mortgage loan files and validate final fees and disbursements.
• Identify changes requiring a corrected Closing Disclosure.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections and any required refunds with relevant teams.
• Ensure disclosures are prepared and delivered within applicable regulatory timelines and company procedures.
• Prioritize multiple files while maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, closing, or a similar high-volume financial services environment.
• Experience working with mortgage documents, disclosures, and closing or settlement processes.
• Experience using loan origination or servicing systems and standard office productivity tools.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India (Office position).
• Regularly works at the Zillow India office approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
