Cloud Developer

Overview

Cloud Developer designing, developing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting cloud application features and modules.

What you'll do

• Design simple to moderate cloud application features per specifications.
• Develop and maintain cloud application modules following security policies.
• Design test plans and develop, execute, and automate test cases for assigned code.
• Deploy code and troubleshoot issues in application modules and deployment environments.
• Share and review technical ideas with peers and other technical stakeholders.
• Analyze data processing problems to develop and implement solutions for complex application issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Some experience or exposure in the Cloud Engineering domain.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Golang.
• Knowledge of design methodologies, cloud-native applications, developer tools, and managed services.
• Understanding of DevOps practices including continuous integration/deployment and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Hybrid role with an average requirement to work 2 days per week from an HPE office.
