Java Full Stack Development - Assistant Vice President

Overview

Assistant Vice President of Software Engineering & Development to build and deliver banking technology solutions across high-volume, time-critical processing.

What you'll do

• Identify and mitigate risks through strong problem-solving and communication.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure system solutions for Banking business requirements.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks using log analysis, metrics, and transaction tracing to improve latency/throughput/resource contention.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational readiness standards.
• Resolve application defects and provide timely, sustainable fixes.
• Work with Product Owners on requirements analysis, planning, project management, and execution.
• Implement and optimize database queries and stored procedures for functionality and performance.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in Java full stack development (frontend + backend).
• Hands-on experience with AWS core services and Apache Camel.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes/ECS/EKS).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of version control and Agile methodologies.
