Overview
Senior AI Engineer to design and integrate multi-model LLM pipelines into a production web platform. You’ll build and maintain backend APIs and collaborate on frontend features using Python, Django, and JavaScript.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and maintain multi-model pipelines using LiteLLM for routing and fallback.
- Integrate Anthropic/Claude model APIs into core products for reasoning and text generation.
- Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Django and Python.
- Develop and integrate user-facing features using JavaScript for AI-driven experiences.
- Write modular Python scripts for data processing and workflow automation.
- Establish and automate CI/CD deployment pipelines for continuous testing and rapid iteration.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend systems and AI implementation.
- Hands-on experience with LiteLLM and direct integration with Anthropic/Claude APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including scripting and async processing.
- Commercial experience building applications with Django (and Django REST Framework).
- Functional proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Expertise with Git workflows and collaborative development practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma) and RAG architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating LLM latency, cost, and output quality in production.
