Senior Software Engineer (Python, AIML)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer role focused on Python and hands-on AIML work, plus DevOps and CI/CD automation for speech and language model deployment and monitoring.

What you'll do

• Develop speech output tools using Python.
• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines on internal Jenkins and GitLab servers.
• Build and maintain DevOps activities supporting speech and language workflows.
• Add new features to the in-house tools.
• Analyze pipeline failures and improve tool performance.
• Contribute to AI product development POCs in non-automation domains.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in Python programming.
• Exposure to DevOps including CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience in AIML activities.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services and cloud-hosted machine learning/generative AI tools.
• Exposure and readiness to MLOps, including ML deployment and monitoring.
