Cloud Infrastructure & Automation Engineer

Overview

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation Engineer responsible for designing, building, automating, and supporting secure Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise workloads.

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, and support Azure infrastructure for cloud, hybrid, and application delivery platforms.
• Create reusable Infrastructure as Code using ARM Templates.
• Build and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure validation, provisioning, approvals, and environment promotion.
• Design and troubleshoot Azure networking (VNets, subnets, NSGs, route tables, VPN/ExpressRoute, load balancers, Application Gateways, DNS, IP addressing).
• Automate cloud operations and repeatable environment provisioning tasks.
• Support production incidents via analysis of deployment history, routes, NSG rules, logs, probes, connectivity tests, and monitoring data.
• Apply governance controls such as RBAC, Azure Policy, tagging, diagnostic settings, secure secrets handling, and compliant release practices.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, network engineering, or DevOps roles.
• 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience supporting production or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience creating or maintaining ARM Templates for automated infrastructure deployment.
• Proven experience creating or maintaining YAML pipelines for automated infrastructure deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, deployment, access, and monitoring issues in production.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Platform components including compute, storage, identity, RBAC, governance, monitoring, and diagnostic settings.
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, Git, and pull requests.
