Overview

Cloud Platform Engineer designing, building, testing, and deploying cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design and construct cloud-based application solutions integrating cloud and traditional infrastructure.
• Test and deploy solutions to meet performance and security standards.
• Create and implement infrastructure and platform environments.
• Develop proof-of-architecture models to validate feasibility and robustness.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies.
• Ensure best practices in cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on key architecture decisions; mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and performance optimization.
• Ability to design and validate architecture via proof-of-concept implementations.
• Familiarity with integrating cloud and on-premises systems.
