Cloud Platform Engineer

Overview

Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Utilities solutions (CC&B, WACS, C2M), acting as the main functional point of contact for clients.

What you'll do

• Lead workshops with clients to gather detailed business requirements and define business processes.
• Develop comprehensive functional designs and ensure alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Configure Oracle Utilities products, ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Act as the main functional point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Provide leadership during testing, go-live, and post-implementation support phases.
• Lead cross-functional teams using strong project management skills.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery of high-quality functional documentation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years full time education is required.
• Must have: proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Expert-level knowledge of utilities business processes and Oracle Utilities products.
• Proven track record of leading functional design and implementation for CC&B, MDM/MTM, WAM, WACS, and C2M, including Payments, Adjustments and Financial Management module (GL, Distribution codes etc.).
• Good hands-on knowledge of Payments, Adjustments and Financial Management module (GL, Distribution codes etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
• Experience in developing and integrating custom modules within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in large-scale deployments.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
