Cloud R Analyst, Associate

Overview

Cloud R Analyst, Associate role supporting production infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, focused on system availability, customer ticket resolution and deployment automation.

What you'll do

• Manage production infrastructure and maintain high system availability with proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain healthy systems by performing clean-ups and performance tweaks.
• Support and on-board new tenants to Azure cloud.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to infrastructure and applications hosted on Azure.
• Work on customer tickets in Service Now, achieving SLAs.
• Perform scheduled activities on weekends.
• Run PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipelines where automation is used to complete tasks for product deployments.

What you'll need

• 1+ year of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer doing systems monitoring and supporting IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to work as a team to accomplish departmental goals.
• Knowledge of SQL/database concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 1+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• AZ-900 certification.
• AWS exposure or certification.
