Club Receptionist

Overview

Club Receptionist role focused on being the first point of contact for members and guests at Soho House Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors professionally and warmly.
• Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across House outlets.
• Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
• Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.
• Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations.
• Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus and House offerings.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
