Overview

Coastal Engineering Team Leader for coastal infrastructure, flood risk, and climate resilience initiatives in Hyderabad.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex coastal infrastructure assignments aligned with international standards and best practices.
• Support planning, design review, quality assurance, and implementation support for large-scale coastal/flood/drainage/resilience projects.
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams for coastal and flood management efforts.
• Drive delivery of climate resilience, coastal infrastructure, and water resources initiatives.

What you’ll need

• Master’s degree in Coastal Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in coastal engineering, flood risk management, water resources, drainage, or climate resilience projects.
• At least 10 years in senior leadership roles such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Technical Lead, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, design review, quality assurance, and implementation support.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
