Overview

Colleague Experience Analytics & Adoption Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and driving adoption of enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics capabilities at Barclays.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and improve software solutions using industry-aligned methods.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and integration approaches.
• Conduct code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Apply secure coding practices and unit testing practices.
• Lead analytics solution development using Microsoft and related platforms.
• Drive adoption, change management, and value realization for digital workplace tools.

What you'll need

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale colleague experience, workforce analytics, or employee experience programmes in large global organizations.
• Experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Viva Insights (advanced analytics, organizational insights, leadership reporting).
• Ability to design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services.
• Experience driving adoption and change management for digital workplace technologies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using people analytics, organizational network analysis, employee listening, and workforce measurement frameworks.
• Experience integrating data across HR, Microsoft 365, and employee survey solutions (e.g., Workday mentioned).

Nice to have

• Experience with the broader Microsoft Viva Suite (Glint, Pulse, Engage, Connections).
