Salesforce Technical Architect, Data & AI

Overview

Salesforce Technical Architect, Data & AI will own end-to-end technical solutions that turn unified customer data into AI-powered experiences using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Agentforce.

What you'll do

• Lead technical solution design across Data 360 and Agentforce, including data streams, insights, segments, and real-time activation.
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 data architectures, including ingestion and identity resolution rules.
• Architect RAG and Generative AI solutions using unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, and document processing.
• Define integration frameworks connecting Data 360 with MuleSoft and enterprise data warehouses using real-time and batch patterns.
• Establish DevOps, source control, and CI/CD practices for data and AI solutions.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and deployment.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in application, data, or software development and architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform in a development or architecture role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) features.
• Proficiency in SQL and Apex, with exposure to modern coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Experience designing data integration patterns across enterprise systems (e.g., MuleSoft, ETL/ELT, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).

• Understanding of data modeling, governance, security, and privacy best practices.

• Work location is remote, limited to Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune only.
