Collections Junior Specialist

Overview

Collections Junior Specialist in the Order to Cash team, handling monitoring, billing, invoicing, and collections-related client communication.

What you'll do

• Follow internal dunning and collection procedures to secure payment on or before the due date.
• Communicate with clients via calls and emails to address bill disputes and bill break-up requirements.
• Maintain a customer base with a minimum of 300 C/B Segment customers.
• Manage doubtful debt and write-offs, including LPC calculations.
• Monitor customer collections master data in Salesforce and review account details for non-payments and irregularities.
• Research payment discrepancies and prepare/review AR aging.
• Handle escalations and dispute management with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in collections, AR and/or billing.
• Experience working on aged accounts in a B2B environment.
• Advanced English for client communication.
• Experience communicating with clients via email, phone, and online meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finances (plus).
• Knowledge of collections and billing management.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel.
