Overview

Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist responsible for servicing commercial loan products and resolving customer service issues while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide servicing activities for low to moderately complex commercial products.
• Coordinate resolution of open customer service issues with internal and external customers.
• Perform customer service, loan, and regulatory diligence to ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and upload data into systems of record.
• Review and negotiate basic loan servicing transactions and manage related risks.
• Serve as primary liaison and escalation point to progress client issue resolution.
• Provide guidance and training to peers and present recommendations using independent judgment.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience (or equivalent via work, training, military experience, or education).
• Ability to ensure compliance with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
