KYC Operations Senior Lead - Deactivations

Overview

The KYC Operations Senior Lead oversees multiple KYC Team Leads and their analyst teams, driving process improvements and KPI/quality delivery for customer due diligence and operational metrics.

What you'll do

• Lead multiple KYC team leads with a customer-focused mindset.
• Coach and develop KYC Team Leads and support their teams.
• Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Measure group-wide KPIs and ensure performance and quality targets are met.
• Serve as a key escalation point for issues unresolved by team leads.
• Maintain deep knowledge of regulatory obligations and apply a risk-based AML approach.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document initiatives and reports for timely communication.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of operations experience (preferably CDD/EDD/AML or risk assessment).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in KYC/AML and financial compliance, with understanding of the KYC/AML regulatory framework.
• At least 2+ years leading medium to large teams (20 to 60 employees).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to analyze and move team metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Certification such as ICA or CAMS (or equivalent EDD/AML-focused certification).
