Overview

Associate (Core Services) responsible for acting as a subject matter expert on required AML/KYC documents and processes within Operations.

What you'll do

• Execute processes/functions and support process management and project efforts.
• Recognize risks in day-to-day processes and contribute to process improvements.
• Build relationships with team and internal stakeholders to share knowledge and improve team output.
• Participate in projects and initiatives with a focus on timely execution.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and requirements for client KYC, Suitability, and Documentation.
• Escalate risks identified during the documentation review process.
• Collect required documents and information with client-facing teams and external clients.
• Manage client due diligence and coordinate KYC-responsible MS stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for KYC and report issues for designated clients.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to establish clear goals and priorities and handle non-standard issues with minimal guidance.
• Subject matter expertise in supported business areas and client requirements, ensuring controls aren’t compromised to meet client requests.
• Ability to navigate a complex infrastructure involving numerous groups and individuals.
• Consultative approach to understand and anticipate business partner needs and deliver solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet fixed deadlines.
