Commercial Systems Administrator [CPQ]

Overview

Own DealHub CPQ as a Commercial Systems Administrator, ensuring accurate pricing, quoting, and product catalog configurations while keeping integrations reliable.

What you'll do

• Manage and configure DealHub CPQ for accurate pricing, quoting, and product catalog setup.
• Streamline quote workflows with RevOps and automate pricing processes.
• Design what data should pass from DealHub to CRM, CLM, ERP, and billing, and what stays local.
• Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues to maintain uptime and user efficiency.
• Audit CPQ system data integrity and test changes before release.
• Document changes and support Deal Desk for user training and adoption.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience integrating CPQ with CRM and downstream systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in CPQ and CRM tools.
• Experience creating and optimizing workflows and automation within CPQ and CRM.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Work mode: Hybrid - India.
• Preferred schedule: availability until noon Eastern Standard Time, 3+ days per week (9:30 pm IST).
