Windows-VMware Administrator

Overview

Windows-VMware Administrator responsible for administering Windows Server and VMware environments, supporting infrastructure operations, and troubleshooting OS, virtualization, hardware, and network issues.

What you'll do

• Plan, deploy, install, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
• Manage VMware vSphere environments from version 6.5 onward.
• Administer Windows Server environments from version 2012 onward.
• Automate patch management and troubleshoot related issues.
• Develop, document, deploy, and maintain Windows golden OS images.
• Develop proactive monitoring and alerting for system uptime.
• Coordinate resolution of complex issues with internal and external personnel.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience as a Windows/VMware System Administrator.
• Knowledge of VMware VCF, VSAN, and NSX.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and LDAP.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OS, virtualization, hardware, and networking layers.
• Experience with external storage systems such as IBM V7k, Pure Storage, and NetApp.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VMware Aria Universal Suite.
• Knowledge of AI agents.
