Compliance Analyst

Overview

Compliance Analyst for the India Compliance Review team, supporting 24x5 compliance review coverage for U.S. and international operations.

What you'll do

• Review expert call transcripts to detect and resolve material nonpublic and confidential information.
• Conduct due diligence review of each call, document violations, and escalate non-compliance as needed.
• Research financial reports and regulatory filings to assess what information exists in the public domain.
• Manage internal and external communications in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Perform administrative data management for processes, transcripts, and workflows and improve operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles (preferred, not required).
• Acute attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal fluency in English.
• Reading comprehension with proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay highly organized while working independently.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
