Overview
Compliance Analyst role in the India Compliance Review team, providing 24x5 compliance review coverage across global time zones for U.S. and international operations.
What you'll do
- Review expert call transcripts to detect and resolve material nonpublic and confidential information per internal protocols and applicable standards.
- Complete due diligence review of calls, document violations, and escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines.
- Research financial reports and regulatory filings using internal databases and external resources to assess what exists in the public domain.
- Manage internal and external communications efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Input, track, and maintain accurate data on processes, transcripts, and workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
What you'll need
- 1-2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles is preferred (not required).
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal fluency in English.
- Reading comprehension with proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research experience.
- Experience using internal databases and external resources for research (as described in the role).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and remain highly organized while working independently.
