Compliance Analyst

Overview

Compliance Analyst for AlphaSense’s India Compliance Review team, supporting review coverage across global time zones for U.S. and international operations.

What you'll do

• Review expert call transcripts to detect and resolve material nonpublic or confidential information.
• Conduct due diligence review of each call, document violations, and escalate non-compliance as needed.
• Research financial reports and regulatory filings to assess what exists in the public domain.
• Manage internal and external communications while adapting to fast-paced, time-sensitive needs.
• Input, track, and maintain accurate data on processes, transcripts, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of experience in research, compliance, legal support, or operations roles is preferred.
• Acute attention to detail is required.
• Strong written and verbal fluency in English is required.
• Reading comprehension with proofreading, drafting, and investigative/research experience is required.
• Experience prioritizing tasks, managing time, and staying organized while working independently is required.
