Compliance Analyst, Expert Network

Overview

The Compliance Analyst, Expert Network supports AlphaSense’s expert network compliance program by executing compliance operations in line with established policies and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Support execution of the expert network compliance program, including policies, training logistics, and monitoring.
• Perform expert onboarding and screening reviews for conflicts, confidentiality, and MNPI risk.
• Conduct compliance reviews before, during, and after calls, escalating potential issues.
• Use compliance monitoring tools and call screening analytics to track and resolve flagged items.
• Support documentation and logistics for compliance risk assessments and annual testing.
• Prepare and maintain compliance attestations, certifications, governance documentation, and training records.
• Support incident intake, remediation tracking, and quarterly compliance reporting.

What you'll need

• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, admin, customer support, compliance operations, or similar process-based roles.
• Familiarity with securities laws, insider trading regulations, MNPI, and conflict of interest principles.
• Detail-oriented ability to consistently follow established policies and workflows.
• Strong written communication skills in English, following templates and producing clear responses.
• Organized and reliable execution, managing multiple requests and deadlines.
• Sound judgment on when to rely on guidance vs escalate to senior compliance leadership.
• Comfort working with compliance systems, case management tools, monitoring technology, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
