Compliance - Compliance Client Reporting- Associate

Overview

Associate role in Compliance Client Reporting supporting AQR’s Compliance team with accurate, timely responses to client and prospect information requests.

What you'll do

• Draft and submit responses to RFPs, DDQs, and ad-hoc client information requests.
• Prepare responses covering multiple investment strategies and products.
• Maintain and update standard responses in a centralized content library.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Business Development, Risk, and others) to source and verify proposed responses.
• Track and manage high volumes of requests to meet deadlines and quality standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to four years of related experience in RFP/DDQ reporting or other compliance experience.
• Experience ideally in financial services or investment management.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines across high-volume communications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
