About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to support compliance operations in a full-time, onsite role. This position is suited for a professional with 5–13 years of experience and a strong background in regulatory compliance and audit processes.

What you'll do

Manage day-to-day compliance activities and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
Support SEBI Compliance processes and maintain ongoing alignment with compliance standards.
Assist with internal and external audit activities, documentation, and follow-ups.
Monitor compliance obligations related to MCX and NCDX.
Review records, reports, and controls to help ensure accuracy and regulatory readiness.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

What we're looking for

5–13 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory functions.
Strong working knowledge of SEBI, SEBI Compliance, MCX, and NCDX.
Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance documentation.
Attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to work in an onsite environment.
Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

Experience handling compliance processes in a regulated trading or exchange environment.
Familiarity with control reviews, reporting, and compliance monitoring practices.
