Consultant

Overview

Consultant role in Northern Trust’s Transformation & Innovation, Private Capital Administration function, focused on delivering business projects and solutions for strategic change and emerging funds industry trends.

What you'll do

• Perform business process analysis, requirement gathering, and reporting.
• Execute project activities to assure controlled delivery of changes and new solutions.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
• Proactively solve problems and resolve issues.
• Work closely with development teams as part of the development lifecycle.

What you'll need

• Understand the funds industry and maintain understanding of Northern Trust (NT).
• Previously worked in operational and/or project teams.
• Have experience with business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Demonstrate strong communication, influencing skills, and change delivery techniques.
• Have 5+ years of Transformation & Projects experience with exposure to varied product and operational structures.
• Hold an undergraduate degree or have equivalent experience.
