Project Analyst

Overview

Project Analyst role to support project execution through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

What you'll do

• Support Project Managers in standardizing project processes and reporting issues.
• Collect, validate, and analyze project data for project reviews and decisions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for project KPIs and performance.
• Prepare status updates, presentations, and summaries for teams and leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track action items and project progress reporting.
• Identify gaps and trends and recommend data-driven process improvements.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar) for data analysis and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and reporting practices.
• B.Tech., B.E., MBA, or an equivalent qualification in relevant fields.
