Consultant - Fixed Assets

Overview

Consultant - Fixed Assets supports fixed asset accounting processes for Armanino India LLP, including subledger updates, month-end activities, audits, and reconciliations.

What you'll do

• Support Senior Accountant and Fixed Assets Manager with fixed asset accounting processes and registers.
• Enter, maintain, and dispose assets in the fixed asset subledger.
• Complete monthly fixed asset accounting entries for acquisition, capitalization, disposal, impairment, revaluation, and depreciation.
• Monitor the Fixed Asset inbox for requests like project creation, budget revisions, and project close forms.
• Coordinate participation in physical inventory audits of fixed assets.
• Reconcile fixed asset general ledger accounts to the fixed asset subledger and investigate discrepancies.

What you'll need

• 4-year degree required.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, month-end close processes, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with fixed assets accounting principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel required.
