Overview

Build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI/ML systems using Python across enterprise and client-controlled environments. The role covers model development, scalable deployment, monitoring, optimization, and full lifecycle ownership.

What you'll do

• Develop scalable AI/ML applications and production-ready Python code.
• Build and maintain APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Lead data discovery, feature engineering, experimentation, and model development.
• Design evaluation, regression testing, and validation strategies for GenAI systems.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML and AI workflows.
• Deploy and optimize solutions on Microsoft Azure and client infrastructures.
• Own production troubleshooting, monitoring, incidents, and maintenance.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DS libraries including Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and XGBoost or LightGBM.
• Strong SQL and data-wrangling skills.
• Experience with API-based deployments and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to own AI systems across their full lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark or Databricks.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Langgraph, Langflow, or Flowise.
