Consultant - Insights COE

Overview

As a Consultant on the Insights/Secondary Research COE, you’ll partner with global consulting teams to produce market insights and targeted secondary analyses for life sciences clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct targeted secondary research on diseases, therapies, competitors, clinical pipelines, and market dynamics.
• Synthesize research into structured, slide-ready deliverables (e.g., market landscapes and analytical frameworks).
• Develop disease/asset/company overviews, treatment algorithms, and guideline/standard-of-care maps.
• Perform analog research and benchmarking across launch, uptake, access, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Summarize HTA, payer, and reimbursement decisions and identify key value messages and evidence expectations.
• Build and maintain reusable research assets such as competitive landscapes, analog libraries, and trend trackers.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in life sciences consulting, market research, competitive intelligence, or HTA/HEOR support.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in a life science discipline or related field.
• Ability to independently execute well-scoped research workstreams with moderate oversight.
• High attention to detail for referencing, data checking, and consistent narratives/exhibits.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and structured approach to organizing information from evidence.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with common life science data and literature sources (e.g., clinical trial registries, scientific literature, company/analyst reports).
