Overview

Consultant for Arcesium’s Product Consulting Group, serving as the first point of contact for clients on platform and product/workflow issues.

What you'll do

• Act as point of contact for assigned clients and resolve product/application queries per defined SLAs.
• Manage client mandates from a product consulting perspective and ensure queries are addressed as expected.
• Resolve operational queries using the platform and provide detailed explanations to clients.
• Coordinate with Product and Release managers for new clients and new fund onboarding.
• Train clients on effective use of the Arcesium platform.
• Escalate issues to internal teams/senior management and work with TRMs for RCAs as needed.
• Create documentation and MIS reports for internal and external users.

What you'll need

• Minimum MBA in financial discipline.
• Proficient industry/domain knowledge.
• Technical skills including knowledge of Python; (SQL or understanding of C would be preferable).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables under stringent deadlines.
• Work experience between 2 to 4 years in financial services supporting middle/back-office trade lifecycle and/or interacting with hedge fund/asset managers is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Treasury and/or Swaps and trade lifecycle.

• Working hours: 8 PM to 5 AM IST (Permanent Night Shift).
