Consultant - SFO

Overview

Consultant role in the GOSO (Global Omnichannel Strategy & Operations) Sales Force Optimization team, reporting to the GOSO SFO US Team Leader and supporting Lilly's US Business Unit with sales force analytics and design.

What you'll do

• Collate information on field force size, structure and performance for analysis
• Analyze data and cascade the overall sales target down to the sales associate level
• Work with HR and sales teams to set annual field force targets and provide inputs to optimize field force effectiveness
• Create models such as customer behaviour profiles to support sales teams in enhancing and tracking field force performance against plans
• Use data and reports to develop, optimize and implement strategies to improve sales team performance
• Develop approaches to design and align territories, including structure, size and deployment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal marketing and promotion laws and regulations

What you'll need

• BTech or MBA
• 2-4 years of experience
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of the Javelin suite of products, CRM systems, Veeva, SQL, AWS and MS Office
• Experience as a user of any field interface or CRM application
• Excellent written and verbal communication and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Strong learning agility and analytical mindset
• High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations
• Keen focus on detail, accuracy and problem solving, supported by strong analytical reasoning
• Experience in business analysis

Nice to have

• Understanding of Dynamic Targeting and alternate digital tools and technologies to enable dynamic targeting
