Content Management Consultant

Overview

Content Management Consultant supporting the Revenue organization with content management, asset organization, and documentation governance.

What you'll do

• Maintain, audit, update, and optimize content across enablement platforms.
• Support content capture and organization via audits, taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and version control.
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures for asset and knowledge governance.
• Help update training materials including job aids, guides, workbooks, infographics, videos, eLearning, FAQs, and presentations.
• Support learning management system (LMS) tasks such as learning assignments and completion reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 2+ years of experience in enablement, content management, sales operations, and/or learning & development roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with auditing, taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and version control in a content management system.
• Strong writing, editing, formatting, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
