What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.
• Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness).
• Strengthen established relationships.
• Adhere to Company policies and performance standards.
• Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.

Details

• Location: Mumbai - Hiranandani.
• Work mode: Hybrid. Colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, with one office-based anchor day per week for the full team.
